Wickenburg (AZ) Graphic Friday, October 9, 1931, p 8 c 4 Carl Hart and wife, Elizabeth, with a daughter four years old, driving west to California, on highway 66, car turned over pinning Mr. Hart beneath it, killing him instantly. His wife and daughter were thrown from the car and were seriously injured. The daughter slightly hurt. They were accompanied by R.D. Underhill, and R.F. Dunn, who was slightly cut and bruised. Father of Mrs. Hart was notified and will come by plane from Dallas, Texas. Corsicana (TX) Daily Sun Friday, October 9, 1931 Hart--Corsicana, Texas, Oct 9--Funeral services for Laura Elizabeth Hart, 21, who died Monday in Prescott, Ariz., from injuries received in an automobile accident last week in which her husband, Carl R Hart, was instantly killed, were held Friday from the chapel of the Sutherland Funeral Home with burial in Oakwood Cemetery. Surviving are a daughter, Mary Sue Hart, 4; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Mills of Austin; five younger brothers, all of Austin; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.S. Ward of Austin; two aunts, Mrs. Addie Camp Saunders of Dallas and Miss Bertha Ward of Austin.
