SURBER, Bruce

Bruce Surber, 41, was born August 12, 1961 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He entered into rest May 5, 2003 in Phoenix, Arizona. 

He is survived by his wife, Debi Surber, son, Jake Kyle Surber, daughter, Patricia Hannah Surber, mother, Beverly Surber, father, Ralph Surber, 4 brothers and 3 sisters. 

A celebration of life will occur on Saturday, May 10, 2003 at 5:00pm at 1431 E. Dunlap, Phoenix, AZ, Fire Department Union Hall. "Casual Attire". In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Debi Surber at Bank One.
