In loving memory of Stanver Gooday Jr., lifelong resident of Whiteriver who entered into eternal rest March 31, 2010, in Whiteriver.
He was born June 2, 1991, in Whiteriver. Stanver was greatly loved by his family and friends. He loved to listen to music with his family and friends; he enjoyed played basketball, football and just goofing off with everybody. When the fair came around, he and his cousin Tobin would become the little cute cowboys that we all loved. Even though he was little he always acted tougher than he thought. "Stinky we'll miss you so much you'll always be in our hearts."
He is survived by parent Lorraine Jaffe; sisters Starla Mix, Kim Gooday, Anna M. Gooday, Val Henry, Sabathia Toledo, Kristie Henry, Theda Quail, Tamie Henry and Samantha Colelay; brothers Mickey Mix Jr., Lambert Mix, Travis Henry, MacAuthor Henry, McKeveer Henry and Seth Henry; godmother Cherie James; five god- brothers, god-sister; biological parents Audery Gass and Stanver Gooday Sr.; companion Danielle Moody and many relatives and friends.
His body will be brought back to his residence (912 S. Sage Ave.) in Whiteriver for a two-night wake starting Thursday, April 8, at 10 a.m.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 10, at 1 p.m. at the Assembly of God Church in Whiteriver with Pastor Greg Smith officiating. He will be laid to rest at the Whiteriver Cemetery.
Silver Creek Chapel Mortuary of Whiteriver handled arrangements.
