Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, AZ Saturday, April 10, 2010 Pauline Lefthand, 41, died Wednesday, April 7, 2010, in Winslow. Mrs. Lefthand was born June 23, 1968, in Winslow. She attended school in Utah and finished with a diploma. She was involved in many clubs including Native American softball, basketball and volleyball. She was very happy with her grandchildren; she loved them as much as she could. She loved the outdoors, and she loved each individual as much as she could. Mrs. Lefthand is survived by her spouse, Sammie Walker; son Kyle Walker; daughters Pamela Manygoats and Deidre Tia Walker; parents Henry and Ann Lefthand; sisters Rose Manygoats, Sherry Araiza, Betty James and Darlene James; brothers Jerry Lefthand, Harvey Lefthand and Homer Lefthand; two grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Nora Conn, and her aunt, Irene Boone. A funeral service will be today at 10 a.m. (MST) at Round Cedar Church, with Charlie Long, Jr. officiating.
