Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, AZ Saturday, April 10, 2010 Dottie Mitchell Franklin, 84, died Sunday, April 4, 2010, in Cottonwood. Mrs. Franklin was born on May 19, 1925, in Teesto. She is survived by her husband, Tom Franklin of Seba Dalkai; daughters Marie Chischillie of Dilkon, Teresa Shepherd of Seba Dalkai, Char Franklin-Sutton of Window Rock, Margo Madson of Kayenta and Sarah Walters of New York; sons David Franklin of Seba Dalkai, Milton Franklin of Pine Springs, Soni Franklin of Window Rock and Reggie Franklin of Phoenix. A funeral service was Friday, April 9, at the Dilkon Nazarene Church, with Pastor James Paddock officiating. Burial followed at the family plot in Seba Dalkai. Greer's Mortuary of Winslow handled arrangements.
