The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 05/18/2004 Jackson W. Eagar, 62, died in San Diego, California May 11, 2004, after a lung transplant. Jack was born Dec. 8, 1941 in Eagar to Lynn and Larna Eagar. He was raised in Eagar, and married Grayce Paddock, together they had two daughters. Jack was a carpenter by trade, working in the residential and commercial carpentry His survivors include his wife Grayce Eagar, of Eagar, and daughters Jenny Smith and Lori Lavender; mother Larna Eagar; brothers Richard, Jim and Tim Eagar; sisters Carol Laney, Jan Moss and Etta Hamilton; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. His father Lynn B Eagar precedes him in death. Visitation for Jack will be Tuesday, May 18 at Burnham-Jewkes Mortuary at 113 W. Main St., Springerville, from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 19 at 11 a.m. at the Eagar Stake Center, Eagar. Interment will follow at the Eagar Cemetery.
