Eugene James Carter, 61, of Prescott, Ariz., born March 22, 1949, in Philadelphia, Pa., passed away April 9, 2010, at the Bob Stump VA Medical Center, Hospice Unit in Prescott, Ariz.

A private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
