John Kevin Roark, 39, died June 8 in Tremonton, Utah. 
      
He was born Nov. 4, 1964 in Highland, California. He is survived by his parents Johnny and Betty Roark of Snowflake; daughter Jessica Roark of Highland, California; sisters Brenda and Karen of Snowflake; brother Tom Roark of Utah, Arizona.
      
Grave side services were held Monday, June 14 at the Snowflake Town Cemetery with Rev. Robert Midyett officiating.
      
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Fletcher's Mortuary.
