BROCKELSBY, Donald (Brock)

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 06/22/2004 Donald "Brock" Brockelsby, 60, died June 8, 2004 at Navapache Regional Medical Center in Show Low. He was born in Columbus, Ohio where he attended school and graduated from high school. His family then moved to Phoenix and just a short time later Brock moved to Lakeside and has lived in this area for 37 years. He married Gayle Brubaker and they have been together for 25 years. Brock worked construction and owned Brock's Construction. He was involved in most all phases of construction most of his life. He was a very kind-hearted and giving person who liked to hunt and fish. Brock had a faith in Jesus Christ and has gone to be with Him. Brock is survived by his wife, Gayle; three children, Bret of Tucson, Danni of Lakeside and Penny of Tucson; two brothers, Pete of Ohio and Bill of Phoenix; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother, Harry and his parents, Pete and Susie Brockelsby. Memorial services were held Saturday, June 19 at Owens Mortuary Chapel in Show Low.
