Verde Independent, Cottonwood, AZ Thursday, April 15, 2010 Terry Cook 1951 - 2010 Terry Cook, born August 29, 1951 in Harrisburg, Penn., passed away, April 13, 2010. She was a 25 year Camp Verde resident. Terry is survived by her husband Bruce Spaulding, son Jake, enlisted in the United States Army stationed in Alaska, brother Scott Pierce and sister Kimberly Greenway.
