Lance Springhower, 61, died March 13, 2010. His spirit lives on and always will. 
     
He is survived by his wife Sandi; children Carl (Greta), Carla (Ian), John, Jim (Dawn), Mike, Stacen, Jacen and Kelci; nine grandchildren, sister and brothers.
     
Family and friends will celebrate his life at 1 p.m. April 17 at the Nutrioso Community Center in Nutrioso.
