The Prescott Courier, Prescott, ARizona Wednesday, July 11, 1979, P18 Charles B. La Jeunesse Charles B. La Jeunesse, 68, died Monday, July 9, 1979, at his Prescott home. Known to his friends as Slim Peck, Mr. La Jeunesse was born in Prescott June 30, 1911, and was a lifelong resident of Yavapai County. He worked for many ranches, including the Diamond 1/2 and the Spider Ranches, as a cowboy. He retired several years ago because of poor health. Survivors include a son Jay, of California; two sisters Ruth La Jeunesse of Boulder Creek, Calif., and Jean Coughran of Skull Valley; two nephews, Robert and Bill Murphy, also of Skull Valley; and a niece Lillian Nard of Williams, Ariz. Private family services will be held in Skull Valley. The Ruffner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
