The Yuma Daily Sun, Yuma, Arizona Wednesday, September 24, 1997 Evelyn Louise Moninger Mrs. Evelyn Louise Moninger, 76, of Yuma, died September 22, 1997, at Life Care center of Yuma. She was born April 21, 1921, in San Francisco, Calif. and moved to Yuma in 1991. Before retiring, she owned and operated beauty salons. An active outdoors person who loved horses and birds, she was a member of the Women's Rodeo Club of Ojai, Calif. Survivors include son Jay Moninger of Phoenix: son and daughter-in-law Bruce N. and Pam Procter of Yuma; daughter and son-in-law Noreen and Mike Burton of Kingman; brother and sister-in-law Bob and Joan Mohr of San Francisco, Calif.; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by husband Fred Moninger and brother Ernest Mohr. Memorial funeral services planned for a later date. Private cremation arrangements by Kammann Mortuary, 344-0000.
