CAPACI, Charles Salvatore

Charles Salvatore Capaci: In loving memory. Beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend. He left us to be in the arms of Our Heavenly Father on May 5, 2003. He will be forever in our hearts and will be greatly missed. 

He is survived by his wife, Kathy; daughter, Kaylin; four sons, Cam, Larry, David and Brian; sisters, Carol and Alyce and brother, Lawrence. 

Visitation will be held from 1-3PM, with service at 3PM, Saturday, May 10, 2003 at Hansen Chapel, 8314 N. 7th St., Phoenix.
