PARKER WOMEN, INJURED IN ACCIDENT, DIES HERE

Mrs. Roberta McKnight, 64, Parker school teacher, died in Community Hospital here Thursday night of last week from injuries received a few hours earlier in an automobile accident on Highway 72 near Hope. High wind caused the car to leave the road and then it turned over four times, says Highway Patrolman Bill Reaser. 

This was the state’s 111th traffic death so far in 1962.
