FOUTY, Perry Elyle

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 07/30/2004 Perry Elyle Fouty, 82, of Phoenix, died July 24, 2004 in Show Low. He was born in Hazel Dell, Illinois. Perry was a veteran of World War II serving in the Army Signal Corps, during the Battle of the Bulge. He graduated from Indiana State University, as well as Arizona State University. He taught Physical Education and coached both basketball and tennis in both Arizona and Texas for over 30 years. Perry is survived by his wife of 56 years, Harriett Jane of Scottsdale; brother Charlie Fouty of Terre Haute, Indiana; children, Warren Fouty of Overgaard, and Judy Norris of Rosedale, Indiana; granddaughter, Larissa Norris of Rosedale, Indiana. Private Services will be held in Show Low. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be sent to any charity.
