BAZAN, Delores (Dee) Jean


The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 08/17/2004 Delores (Dee) Jean Bazan, 38, died in Scottsdale, Aug. 7, 2004. Dee, as she was known to her friends, was born Aug. 2, 1966 in Holbrook. She was a resident of St. Johns, and was employed with the Arizona Department of Economic Security, Child Protective Services. Dee loved spending times with her friends and family. She collected clowns and had an extensive collection. She also enjoyed scrap-booking and baking. Her survivors include her mother, Della Bazan, St. Johns; brothers Martin Tito Bazan, Holbrook and Phillip Bazan, St. Johns; sisters Cynthia Bazan, St. Johns and Bernadette Gebhart, DeSmet, S.D.; nephews Marcus and Michael Bazan, St. Johns; Jeremy and Jesse Gebhart, DeSmet, S.D.; and Fernando and Lorenzo Barela, Holbrook; nieces Andrea Bazan, Tucson, Morgan Bazan, Phoenix, Jovonna and Creonna Bazan, Holbrook, Whitley, Julia and Escenia Bazan, Tucson. Dee was light hearted and kind to everyone. Her passing leaves a void for all who knew her. Funeral Services were held Saturday, Aug. 14 at St. Johns the Baptist Catholic Church, St. Johns with Father Frank Chacon officiating. Burnham-Jewkes Mortuary, St. Johns is in charge of arrangements.
