Ramona Rae Jacobs, born Sept. 13, 1928, went to heaven April 18, 2010.

Mona was from Van Horne, Iowa. She came to Congress to be with her husband of 54 years Daniel Jacobs. She and Dan operated The Arrowhead Bar and Steakhouse in Congress for 50 years.
 
Mona was preceded in death by her parents Lester and Ruby Engelking, sister Kate Felt, and grandsons Jeremy and Joel Jacobs. She is survived by her husband Dan, sister Jane Hausmen, son Doug and his wife Debbie Jacobs of Phoenix. She was beloved Nanna to grandchildren Alexandra abd Nathan Harris of Phoenix, Danielle and Bobby Lee Petty III of Ft. Hood, Texas, and grandsons Zachary, Matthew and Nathan Jacobs of Phoenix. We’ll Miss You Nanna.

Memorial services will be held at the Congress Community Church in Congress, Ariz., on Friday (April 23) at 11 a.m.

Arrangements are by David’s Desert Chapel Funeral Home of Wickenburg.
