The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona April 7, 1993 Lavina B. Lord of Wickenburg died Friday, April 2, 1993, in Wickenburg. She was 96. Mrs. Lord was born March 9, 1897 at New Bedford, Massachusetts, and had lived in Wickenburg for 20 years, moving here from Massachusetts. Mrs. Lord was a retired Registered Nurse and had lived with her friends Al and Frances Pfeil for the past year. She was preceded in death by her husband, George, in 1984. Mrs. Lord is survived by brothers Howard Burke of New Bedford, Mass., and Harold Burke of Texas. There will be no services. Frey Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
