The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona February 17, 1993 Funeral services for former Wickenburg resident Robert "Pete" Hanne, who died Feb. 13, 1993, at his home in Bagdad, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, February 19, at the Wickenburg Funeral Home Chapel. He was 76. Visitation is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 19, at the Wickenburg Funeral Home. Mr. Hanne, a native of Pratt, Kansas, was born Dec. 15, 1916. He was a veteran of the United States Air force, having been discharged in 1945 as a sergeant. While in the service, he was in the maintenance crew of the 54th Fighter Squadron in the 11th Air Force. He also was a retired rotary driller for the Cypress Bagdad Copper Mine. Mr. Hanne is survived by his wife Thatah of Bagdad; brothers Hugh and Warren; sisters Dorothy, Yvonne and Betty; and several nieces and nephews. He had lived in Arizona for 55 years. All arrangements were handled by Wickenburg Funeral Home.
