William A. Garland of Kingman died Jan. 28, 1993 at Phoenix Humana Hospital.  He was 74.  Mr. Garland was born Jan. 9, 1919 in Estancia, N. M., and had been an Arizona resident for eight years.  

Services for Mr. Garland have been held with entombment at the Genung Memorial Park of Peeples Valley.  Pastor Duane Middleton officiated.  Wickenburg Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
