David E. Borden, 67, of Prescott Valley, Ariz., born Aug. 24, 1942, in Santa Monica, Calif., passed away Aril 20, 2010.

A private cremation will be at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley. A private inurnment will follow at the Prescott National Cemetery in Prescott.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
