James Earl Hite, 44, died Aug. 23, 2004 in Show Low. 
     
James a plumber by trade and has lived in Snowflake for the past 2-1/2 years. His special interests were Aids Research and Northland Cares.
      
He is survived by his parents, James W. and Viola L. Hite; sisters, Karen Cummings (Doug), Diane Poplco (Rich), Teresa Mitchell (Mark), Robin Murdock (Steve); brother, Raymond Hite (Kristen).
      
Funeral services and burial will be private.
      
Fletcher's Mortuary in Show Low handled arrangements.
