Jackie Edward Musser, 67, died Aug. 22, 2004 at his home in Show Low.
He was born in Madison, West Virginia where he attended school. After school he enlisted in the United States Army where he proudly served his country for two years. Jackie pursued a career in carpentry and it was at this time he met his wife of thirty-seven years, Georgia. Over the next several years he worked with his son-in-law and best friend Willie Wilson building hi-rises in Orland, Florida. It was a very close and special relationship.
In 1982, Jackie and Georgia moved from Maryland to Arizona and Jackie became his own boss owning and managing rental properties. In his free time he enjoyed fishing especially at Hawley Lake. Jackie also loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be missed by all.
Jackie is survived by his wife, Georgia; two daughters, Ellen (Edsel) Crouse of Bel-Air, Maryland, Nancy (Willie) Nelson of Street, Maryland; one brother, Bob Musser of Colorado; one sister, Eva (Lon) Smith of Colorado; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 27 at Owens Mortuary in Show Low. Interment will be held in Maryland.
