Mr. Garcia was born march 29, 1912 in Wickenburg and was a lifelong resident of Arizona. Survivors include his wife Carrie, of St. David; sons Robert and Johnnie of Tucson; daughters Barbara Portugal of Wickenburg, Marcie Meyer of Oregon and Carolea Saenz of Phoenix; brothers Joseph of San Diego, Calif. and Fred of Santa Fe Springs, Calif.; sisters Anita of Wickenburg and Elvera of Illinois; 25 grandchildren; 58 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Adolph G. Garcia of Wickenburg. Services have been held.
