He had lived in Arizona for the past 20 years. Survivors include two daughters, Jessica Henry and Mellissa Henry, both of Washington; sister Jill Henry and brother Jim Henry, both of Wickenburg; and niece Brandi Henry of Wickenburg. Services have been held.
