The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ March 29, 2000, p. A16 Warren W. Lippold of Wickenburg, passed away march 21 at his home in Wickenburg. He was 60. Mr. Lippold was born May 7, 1939 in Escanaba, Mich. to Melvin and Ruth Ross Lippold. He was raised n Stonington, Mich., on the family farm. He attended grade school in Stonington and high school in rapid River, Mich. He worked in and around Milwaukee after school, and married Dolly Bushey on Nov. 23, 1958 in Escanaba. They were the parents of three children, Kathy Trappier, Brian Lippold and Pamela Reddick. Warren worked as a manager of Kroger Stores in Milwaukee, at the paper mill Escanaba, for Bunny Bread, and as a news agency representative when he and Dolly lived in Iron Mountain, Mich. After Dolly’s passing in 1993, Warren married Janet Rice Hamelin on Aug. 12, 1994. They have resided in Wickenburg since their marriage. He is survived by his wife, Janet; daughter Kathy Trappier of Escanaba, son and daughter-in-law Brian and Brenda Lippold of Barron, Wisc., daughter and son-in-law Pam and Ken Reddick of Little Suamico, Wisc., and nine grandchildren. Warren is also survived by his stepchildren, Diane Given of Dallas, Texas, Joann Figueroa of Spring, Texas, Sue and Roy Vander Bloomen of Green Bay, Wisc., and David and Nancy Hamelin of Escanaba. He also leaves five step-grandchildren. He is additionally survived by four brothers and sisters-in-law, Calvin and Betty Lippold of Rapid River, Wayne and Marlene Lippold of Rapid River, Owen of Lower Michigan and Mark and Carol Lippold of Escanaba, many nieces and nephews. A funeral mass was held at St. Anne’s Church in Escanaba on March 25. Visitation was from 3-6 p.m. that day, with a prayer service from 6-6:30 p.m. at Anderson Funeral Home. Mass was that the church at 7 p.m. Burial was Monday, March 27 in Garden of Rest Cemetery in Wells, Mich.
