Ruder, Roy Ellsworth   

Roy Ellsworth Ruder, 70, of Gisela, Arizona, was born - 2/26/1933 in Medina, Ohio and passed away 11/28/ 2003 in Payson, AZ. Mr. Ruder married Lois Welburn, 1/24/ 1959 in Elria, Ohio. 

He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War, and was a member of the American Legion post 69 of Payson. He worked as a carpenter. 

Survivors include his wife Lois of Gisela, daughter Audre Castillo of Elizabethtown, KY, son David Ruder and daughter in law Denise of Gisela, sister Nettie Brophy of Shreve, OH, five grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. 

Graveside service will be held Tuesday, 12/2/2003 at 10:00 AM, Gisela Cemetery. The family requests that donations be made to R.T.A. Hospice, 104 E. Frontier, Payson, AZ 85541. Arrangements entrusted to Messinger Payson Funeral Home.
