Kevin Dale Barton Published in The West Valley View 26 Mar 2010 Kevin Dale Barton, 48, of Avondale died Feb. 24, 2010, in Avondale. Mr. Barton was born May 23, 1961, in Missouri to Phyllis Joyce and James Lowell Haugse. He grew up in Riverside, Calif. While working in the California Conservation Corps, he met his first wife, Alicia Perez. He served in the Army National Guard. He moved to Arizona in 2009. He is survived by one son, Steven of Los Banos, Calif.; his father, James of Sioux Falls, S.D.; one brother, Kimbell Haugse of Surprise; and one sister, Denise Banks of Los Banos. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pam. Services were held March 20 in Surprise.
