James P. Guyer, 68, of Goodyear died March 21, 2010, in Sun City.

Mr. Guyer was born Sept. 21, 1941, in Hershey, Pa., to James and Stella. He moved to Arizona in 1989. After retirement, he drove a medical van for Mission of Mercy. He was a eucharistic minister at the Franciscan Renewal Center.

He is survived by his wife, M. Kathleen; one son, John Matthew; his mother, Stella of Hershey; one sister, Karen Kotchey of Hummelstown, Pa.; one brother, Robert of Hummelstown; and one grandchild.

Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Thompson's Valley West Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road in Goodyear.
