Brian D. Garnichaud, 68, of Avondale died Feb. 12, 2010, at Hospice of the Valley in Goodyear. 

Mr. Garnichaud was born July 23, 1941, in El Monte, Calif. He moved to Arizona in 2002. He was an information technology project manager.

He is survived by his wife, Jean; two sons, Duane of Marion, Va., and Neil of Port St. Lucie, Fla.; two stepdaughters, Shari Taleghani of Los Flores, Calif., and Nancy Gibson of Phoenix; and one grandchild.

Services will be held at a later date.
