The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ May 10, 2000, p. A12 George Herman Willett, a Wickenburg resident for 11 years, passed away May 6. He was 69. George was born in Chicago Heights, Ill. On June 6, 1930 and worked for Commonwealth Edison as Overhead Foreman for 38 years. He is survived by his wife, Donna (Hebbard) daughter Debi Willett of Illinois; daughter and son-in-law Deanna and Brad Voigt of Minnesota; brother and sister-in-law Walter and Linda Willett of St. Helen’s, Mich.; stepchildren Theresa and Michael Pais of Phoenix, Gina and Jim Foote of Illinois, Patricia Slattery of Illinois, and Joseph and Donna Hebbard, Jr. of Illinois; and grandchildren Matt and Michael Voigt, Murphy and Mitch Hebbard, Lauren Slattery, and Brea Marie Pais. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Doris Y. Tyson, and his parents, George W. and Hannah Willett. Visitation will be at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Wickenburg a t 10 a.m. Thursday, May 11. Funeral services will follow visitation at 11 a.m. Bishop Leonard Rucker will officiate. Interment will be in the Wickenburg Municipal Cemetery. Arrangements were by Frey Funeral Home.
