THORNE, Georgiana

Georgiana Thorne, 54, of Peridot died Sept. 14, 2003, in Bylas. She was born in San Carlos and was a lifelong area resident. She worked as a nurses aid at San Carlos Community Health Service. Survivors include her husband, Harold Thorne Sr. of Peridot; three sons, Timothy Thorne, Harold Thorne Jr. and Alfonzo Thorne Jr., all of San Carlos; three daughters, Era Thorne, Linda Thorne and Peggy Thorne of San Carlos; her parents, Jefferson and Era Black of San Carlos; five sisters, Glorianna Nosie, Marion Norman and Victoria Nosie of San Carlos, Katherine Cardelaina of Phoenix, and Velma Kinney of Bylas, and one adopted sister, Maybelline Kayson of San Carlos; four brothers, Carl Kinney, Kenneth Black and Larry Black of San Carlos, and Ferris Clark of Bylas; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral service was conducted Sept. 22 at Burdette Hall in San Carlos. Interment was in Northgate Cemetery. Lamont Mortuary of Globe handled arrangements.
