Frances Helen Otto, age 91, of Tempe Arizona, died at home Dec. 1, 2002. 

Raised on a farm near Wilsonville, Nebraska, Helen worked as a telephone operator.  

Visitation: 10 a.m. December 10th at Lamb Chapel, Grace Community Church, 1200 E. Southern, Tempe. Funeral Service: 11 a.m. December 10th at Lamb Chapel, Grace Community Church, 1200 E. Southern, Tempe. Contributions to: Food for the Hungry, 7729 E. Greenway Rd., Scottsdale, AZ
