Mary Jean Ellsworth, 77, an Arizona native, passed away Dec. 4, 2002. Grandchild of O.S. & daughter of Lynn Erwin Stapley, she was a talented dancer & artist. She will be remembered for her extraordinary grace, elegance & love of family. Survivors include her brothers Sam & Dean Stapley, sister Polly Ortwine, children Louis, Chris, Rebecca, David & Gerald Ellsworth, 7 grand, 6 great grand, & 1 great great grand. Services will be Dec. 10, 2002, at Ahwatukee Ward Chapel, 4525 E. Knox Rd., Phx, Visitation 9AM & Funeral 10AM. Published in the Arizona Republic on 12/9/2002.
