Robert Antonio Price of Congress, died Aug. 5 in Congress. He was 59.
Mr. Price was born March 10, 1942 in Coakley, Ky. He had lived in Arizona for the past 15 years.
Mr. Price was a graduate of Greensburg (Ky.) High School. He moved here from Camarillo, Calif. in 1986, settling in Congress. Before moving to Arizona, he worked in building maintenance.
Mr. Price was the Fire Chief of the Congress, Fire District since November, 1994.
Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Price, of Congress; mother Mary Price of Summersville, Ky.; children Michael Price of Colorado Springs, Colo., Mitchell Price of Hercules, Calif., Tonia Greenwell of New Haven, Ky., Melissa Ogles of Glasgow, Ky., Dana Cox of Tucson, and Robert Price of Congress; brother Ernest Price of Summersville; sisters Dean Barrick of Glasgow, Harlow Warf of Greensburg; grandchildren Colt and Cody Price, Calie, Travis and Jessica Price, Justin, Shawna and Austin Greenwell, Micha and Ethan Ogles, and Cory Price; and four nephews and eight nieces.
He was preceded in death by his father, John W. Price; brother, John W. Price, Jr.; and sister Tennie McInstoch.
Visitation was Monday, Aug 7 at the Wickenburg Funeral Home.
Services were Tuesday, Aug. 8 at the Wickenburg Funeral Home. Pastor Bob Harrison officiated.
Another visitation will also be from 10 a.m. To noon on Saturday Aug. 12 at Cowherd Parrot Funeral Home in Greensburg, Ky. Graveside services will follow at the Red Brick Oak Grove Cemetery in Grab., Ky.
