The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ November 15, 2000, p. A3 John R. Prochazka of Wickenburg, died Nov. 3. He was 86. Mr. Prochazka was born July 15, 1914. He was a treasurer for a brick company, and a U.S. Army veteran, serving in World War II. Survivors include his wife, LaMoine Prochazka; daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Steve Adam; brother, Millo Prochazka of Florida; sister, Elizabeth of Illinois; and a grandson, Jason Carter of Wickenburg.
