The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 09/21/2004 Nancy Tamar Bond, 92, died Sept. 16, 2004 at her home in St. Johns. She was born in 1911 to Wayne and Minnie Clawson, she had three sisters and seven brothers. Nancy was the only living granddaughter of Moses Clawson. On May 23, 1927 she married James Bernard Bond in the Mesa Arizona Temple. Nancy was a homemaker, she loved to crochet, paint and raise beautiful flowers. She took pride in everything that she did. Nancy was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Nancy is survived by her children, Charles Dale Bond of Ramah, New Mexico, Zora Booth of St. Johns; one brother, Kirk Clawson of Ramah, New Mexico; two son-in-laws, Sam Booth of St. Johns, Dan Heap of St. Johns; daughter-in-law, Audrey Bond of Ramah, New Mexico; 10 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 12 great-great grandchildren. Funeral services were held Monday, Sept. 20 at the Downtown Chapel, of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in St. Johns. Interment will be at the Ramah Cemetery in Ramah, New Mexico.
