McKinley, Ruth (Nelson) age 90 passed away in the early morning hours on April 27, 2010 in Waconia, MN.  

“Ruthie” is what her friends called her at Verde Valley Manor, where she lived for many years prior to moving back to MN in November of 2009 when her health started to fail.  

She was known for a great cup of coffee, conversation and the best homemade pie you could ever have.  

She was dearly loved by all that knew her and is preceded in her next journey by her ex-husband Francis, sons Wayne, Kirk, great grand-daughter Nancy; parents Jacob and Alma (Martin) Nelson; brothers, Carl and Elmer; sons-in-law, Jim Rusch and Rick Brose. 

Survived by children, Kathy, Judy, Maurice, Diana (Gordon), Steve (Cindy), Glenda (Rick), 17 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Violet and Honey.  

Funeral is in MN on Friday April 30, 2010, Waconia, MN.
