SLONE, Lola I.

Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona March 22, 1973 Lola I. Slone - Serices were conducted for Lola I. Slone at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Wickenburg Funeral Home. Mrs. Slone, who has been a resident of Wenden for 12 years, died in Community Hospital March 17. She was 76 years old. Mrs. Slone was a life member of the Missionary Baptist Church of Brown Springs, Arkansas. She was also a Charter Associate member of Wenden Bible Church in Wenden. Services were conducted by the Rev. Lester Ray, Minister of Wenden Bible Church. Her burial was in Prescott Wednesday morning. Survivors include two brothers, Lucian Phelps of Kingman, and James W. Phelps of San Diego; one sister, Nettie Heitman, South Haven, Miss.; two sons , Charles H. Slone, Arcadia, Calif., and Loyd J. Slone, Tulsa, Okla.; one daughter, Faye M. Hemington, South Pasadena, Calif., and nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
