WHITE, Conrad Nickolson

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 09/24/2004 Conrad Nickolson White, 77, died Sept. 14, 2004 at the RTA Hospice and Palliative Care Center in Lakeside. He was born in Lafayette, Louisiana. Mr. White has lived in and enjoyed Arizona for the past 32 years. Mr. White is survived by six children, four grandchildren and his dog, Lucky.
