The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ August 15, 1974, p. 9 Donald C. Walsh Donald C. Walsh, 53, passed away on Sunday, August 11, at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Prescott. He was born on September 7, 1920 in St. Paul, Minnesota and served as a Sergeant in the U. S. Army in the South pacific from 1939 until 1944. He moved to Arizona from Minnesota 15 years ago where he lived in Prescott until 1969 when he moved to Wickenburg. He was a member of the V.F.W. and St. Anthony’s Church. Mr. Walsh is survived by his wife Clara of Wickenburg, a son, Richard of Prescott, a daughter, Mrs. Janet Marr, of Prescott, his mother, Mrs. Mary M. Walsh of St. Paul, Minnesota, three sisters, Mrs. Eileen Conley, Mrs. Mary Newton, and Miss Lucille Walsh, all of St. Paul and a brother George Walsh of Neward, California. Rosary was held at the Memory Chapel in Prescott last Tuesday evening and Mass of the Resurrection was on Wednesday morning at 10:00 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial was at the Prescott National Cemetery.
