HOFMANN, Joseph Paul

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 10/05/2004 Joseph Paul Hofmann, 49, of Show Low, died Sept. 29, 2004 in Scottsdale, as a result of a vehicle accident near Show Low. Joe was born May 2, 1955 in Baltimore, Maryland. Joe held many jobs, but he especially liked working with plants and soil and worked in a nursery as well as cooking in a restaurant. His survivors include his wife Susan Gammon, Show Low; mother Mary Jane Hofmann, Springerville; brothers Charles Hofmann, Tucson, Thomas Hofmann, Lexington Kentucky, and Warren Hofmann, Springerville; sister Linda Haugh, Show Low. A Memorial Mass was held for Joe at St. Peter's Catholic Church, Springerville, Tuesday, Oct. 5. Burnham-Jewkes Mortuary handled the arrangements.
