PREUSSER, Mary F.

The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona - 10/15/2004 Mary F. Preusser, 65, died October 13, 2004 at Navapache Regional Medical Center. She was born in El Paso, Texas where she grew up and eventually met Jack Martin Preusser, fell in love, were married, and had two sons, Jack and Ben. The family moved to Arizona in 1961 where Mary gave birth to two more children, Mayme and Martin (Murphy). In the 1970's they moved to the White Mountains where Mary enjoyed the beautiful scenery and loved working in her yard growing many flowers. She was a wonderful cook and mother. Mary was also very involved with the Order of the Eastern Star, Mizpah OES No. 57. Mary is survived by her husband, Jack Martin Preusser; three sons, Jack (Cecily) Preusser of Fort Mohave, Ben (Karla) Preusser of Overgaard, Murphy (Michele) Preusser of Lakeside; daughter, Mayme Preusser (Cy) of Lakeside; sister, Vicky (Keith) Timmon of Long Beach, Washington; six grandchildren, Jason, J.D., Dakota, Emily, Derek and Collin and two great-grandchildren, Dalton and Jillian. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 16 at the Lakeside Masonic Lodge. Owens Mortuary of Show Low handled arrangements.
