Adam Fields
Funeral services were held January 16 for Adam (Hardrock) Fields at the Wickenburg Chapel
Fields, who had been a long time resident of this area, was born in March of 1904. He was a World War I veteran. After that he served with the fledgling Air Corps from May of 1919 until September of 1935.
Following his discharge in 1935 Fields became a hardrock miner and acquired his knicknmae.
He was born in Missouri but had been an Arizona resident for 40 years.
He survived by a cousin, Lyn Olinger of Illinois.
