The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ April 24, 1975, p. 12 George Knox George Knox, Sr., 72, died Monday April 7 enroute to a Phoenix hospital following a recurrence of heart trouble while vacationing in Wickenburg. Knox was the Editor-Publisher of the Vail Trail newspaper in Vail, Colorado. He is survived by his wife, Ella, two sons, George Jr. and Allen, both of Vail; three grandchildren and a sister. Memorial Services were held in Vail April 12.
