Patricia Ann Jakobs, 75, of Prescott, Ariz., born Sept. 13, 1934, in 
Chicago, Ill., passed away May 1, 2010. 

A private cremation was at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, Ariz.

Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements.
