The Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, AZ October 9 1975, p. 18 Phoebe Rayburn Sternhagen Phoebe Rayburn Sternhagen of Congress died at the Yavapai Community Hospital in Prescott on Thursday, Oct. 2. She is survived by two sons, Robert Rayburn of Congress and Waldo Rayburn of Chicago; two grandchildren, Kathy Erwin of Peoria and Kim of Chicago; three great grandchildren, David, Robbie and Katrina Erwin. Services were held in Congress Baptist Church. Mrs. Sternhagen was buried in Congress Cemetery, Rev. Joe Jackovick officiated.
