Her loving husband, Robert, of 62 years and her eldest son, Harold, precedes her in death.

"Mom, words cannot express the love we have for you. Your kindness, compassion, guidance and wisdom, regardless of the circumstances, were your trademark. You were always there through thick and thin. You were not only our mother but you were our best friend. We will miss you so much, but we celebrate your reunion with Dad and Harold, and all the loved ones who have preceded you. This is not 'good-bye, Mom," just "see you later." - Your loving sons.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 30 at 2 p.m. Services will be at the Mountain View Memorial Gardens, 7900 E. Main in Mesa.
There will be a gathering of family and friends at the home of Alan and Sherry following the memorial. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations can be sent in Martha's memory to the Eastern Star or Hospice of the Valley.
Mountain View Memorial Gardens in Mesa handled arrangements.
