Minnich, Robert Dale   

Robert Dale Minnich, age 71, died November 26, 2003 near Mormon Lake. He was born March 28, 1932 in Poneto, Indiana, a son of John Ervin and Margaret Vera Starr Minnich. Robert married Edith Scott in 1953 in Litchfield Park, AZ. He was reared and educated in Indiana and had lived in Salina, KS, Denver, CO, Phoenix twenty-five years, Tempe thirteen years, and Scottsdale for the past ten years. Robert served in the Air Force during the Korean War from 1950 to 1954. Robert is survived by his loving wife Edith, his son William Brian Minnich, his daughter Carol Starr Giunta, three grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Roger Minnich and his sisters Katherine Crosby and Nancy Thompson. He is preceded in death by his son Gary Scott Minnich, his brother Ralph Minnich and his sister Vera Mae Cochran. There will be an informal gathering of family and friends at his daughters home on Saturday, December 6th at 2:00pm.
